    1. Who we are

    Peers Capital is operated by Peers Management GmbH, Alte Steinhauserstrasse 19, 6330 Cham, Switzerland. These terms govern your use of peers.capital and any related member portal, event pages, and applications.

    2. No investment advice

    Information shown on Peers Capital, including any deal, company, or portfolio page, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation, or a prospectus. Nothing on this site is directed at retail investors and no public offer of securities is made. Investment decisions carry the risk of total loss. Consult a qualified adviser before investing.

    3. Membership and access

    Deal information, the member portal, and event photo galleries are available only to approved members. We may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion. Members must keep their login credentials confidential and not share access with third parties.

    4. Content you submit

    When you submit information (application, notes, uploads, videos, images, replies to peers), you grant Peers Management GmbH a non-exclusive right to store, process, and display that content strictly for the purpose of operating the service. Marketing, social media, and press use of your name or likeness always requires your separate opt-in in the consent center.

    5. Acceptable use

    Do not: upload content you have no rights to; harass or defame other members; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; misrepresent your identity; use the service for unlawful purposes.

    6. Availability and changes

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime or that content will always be available.

    7. Liability

    Peers Management GmbH is liable in accordance with Swiss statutory law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or breach of essential contractual duties. In such cases liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

    8. Data protection

    See our Privacy Policy for how we process personal data. You can manage the use of your name, photo, and profile in the consent center.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cham, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law of your place of residence.
